Take your cue from them proposing a(nother) piecemeal capital raise recently not waiting on financing to close - whereas they deem it around the corner - only to have their shareprice collapse and having to withdraw.
What blind Freddy can tell is we are almost 3 years later, al this great benefits and achievements and all, and the share price is 26% lower than at which the CEO cashed out. Good on him (well, technically not on him).
I'lll leave it at this. My opinion is they have a track record that warrants that they need to have a full funding deal done and dusted before entering the stock. There will be plenty of diluation if and when they can get some together, so you won't miss much of the upside, but you will miss all of the risk.
