ATC is one of the few companies needing new project funding that have actively been approached by large institutions and offered funding. Most I have an eye on have to chase it down and it’s only been getting harder.
You are right it’s not done until the ink hits the final paperwork but imo it’s always been a matter of time once export credit was approved. It has taken a crap load of fine to get funding but the technical reviews are complex. So twice now the whole box and dice have been critically and independently reviews and come out with a positive review.
Time taken from positive decision for export credit and final offer was only 5 days or so and only a little over a month to sign off. So we may see an offer very soon and sign off shortly after that.
It could be full steam ahead by March-April. If this funding portion is accepted it won’t take long to get any remainder as it will then easily attract more cash to fill the gap. I for one will happily find a few more dollars to grab some more if the offer comes.
