One might also now presume that the hypothesis that a cash raise was the driver of the increase is less likely given it's current fall (either it'd be released, or the 12c level is not what they want to discount off. Presumably those (either sophisticated or retail) investors, who wanted to buy in up to a certain level (hence the repeated buying side support coming in) to take part in an early update on the Mezzanine finance.
One might also now presume that the hypothesis that a cash raise...
