my friend, if I held 5,000,000 shares in ATC and knew there was a s 706 raise coming up, me and my SI mates would pump the price up so I can sell a portion to FOMO buyers for a tasty profit
then effectively buy back the sold shares with the VWAP discount.
if no Cr eventuates, then I'm still a winner.
