    Great news it’s moving to internal approval process. God knows how long that is going to take with various independent reviews, legal reports and internal financial modeling and the all obligatory paperwork shuffling. 

    Another great step forward but yet again into a time hole. Frustrating but it does appear this will lead to mezz approval which will be fantastic news.
