    The important part of this venture still up in the air -- FUNDING for the plant (I believe US $150m to $200 m is needed to get to production)
    Are the Board working hard on the funding fronts :
    - relying on Offtake for finance ?
    - New venture partners??
    - Debt / equity path?
    - Green bond / loan ? Has been talking for years with no results
    Combination of the above ??
    Still a lot of work to get funding sorted, without funding - nothing move.
