Didn’t think this would be approved but very happy it was granted. This will cause a few issues for other hopeful companies running close, if not the same, processing method as suggested in the Ann. Should give ATC some clear air to be first to market with a cheaper process while other may now have to work out how to do the same thing differently.
Once funding is locked in ATC have the complete package that is now protected from direct copy with guaranteed build, costs, end product and more than just one plant in mind long term.
