Sounds like the goal posts are moving and the market is nervous. I am disappointed of another potential CR. No wonder why the SP has tanked. Thanks for the info everyone. I was liking the story but now I'm not so sure on this anymore. Its just taking too long. Still talking JV's, now the fixed price for the plant could be under review due to the cost of steel?
I think we are in for 1 or 2 nasty suprises like when the market baulked at the price of the plant and the price tanked, before this starts to get better. its been a bit misleading I think overall.
