You're right I follow Altech and am genuinely keen on the sector - I saw the previous Patent Application wasn't accepted and have been waiting to see if they can secure funding before deciding whether to invest - was concerned when the earlier application wasn't accepted because of competitors and obviously was a lot happier that they had managed to secure the Innovation Patent but am very disappointed that it seems to have been rejected.

To whoever suggested I check my homework - guess what - that's what I did and very surprisingly IP Australia appear to have rejected it.

Whoever suggested I might be dumb maybe should look in the mirror.
