Yeah I was able to replicate their figures using the 30 year life of the project. The major risk in the NPV was in the price of HPA, essentially a price of 13c (post a 10% holding discount) was justified for any achieved HPA price above 20k a tonne. Obviously anything above this and EV is higher.
