If the due diligence by the funds is expected to take 60 days, we should see an announcement in 3 weeks, 25 September. However, I don't think an expected timeframe has been announced.
In addition the site geotechnical drilling and ground survey should be completed 3 October.
These should mean purchasing at today's price is fantastic timing.
