    We are already 1 month in to the quarter that the $800 000 is budgeted for....lol.  Quarterly statements come out 1 month after the quarter ends and reflect the previous three months from when it is dated, as in 31 Sep 2018 in this case.

    They will raise money at the beginning of next quarter starting Jan 2019, mark my words.
