I look at it this way ...yes the announcement didn't look the best as the SP has doubled but large holders always get good odds in any listed company either in the shadows like a lot of specie's or up front like ATC has announced

Good or bad the smaller holders always ride the coat tails of the large holders so for me it's strengthens top 3 holders adds to the Malaysian connections and now there's more than $5M in the bank to lead towards project finance
