Yeah - it should be viewed positively that management and directors play heads I win, tails you lose against their shareholders. Surely it would be very rarely that shareholders could do well when this is the mindset. Why bother with this co, when there are so many other high risk high return opportunities out there, esp if you have a profit, and there is a huge red flag on this one, which means it looks super high risk now.
