thanks for the details, your work here (and others) have certainly helped in calming my nerves (and the wife's by extension) on what appeared to a clear cut "good deal" with ATC (I'm in similar position vis-a-vise "she that must be obeyed" regarding xmas promises, and sadly past xmas's as well) - pardon my ignorance, but could you briefly explain what "draft reliance letters" entails (particularly if that is a "significant" step forward, or just some bureaucratic requirement?) TIA
