Altech Chemicals Ltd (ATC) reported a $20 million capital raising for commence construction of its high purity alumina (HPA) plant in Malaysia. The shares for the capital raising are priced $0.165 per share, representing an 18.7% discount to the volume weighted average market price of the Company's Shares as traded on the ASX on the 5 trading days immediately prior to the announcement of the capital raising.
