So with one 17 tonne container my 1,000 watt heater will keep...

    So with one 17 tonne container my 1,000 watt heater will keep going for 10 hours a day for 100 days, about 3 months.
    A three bedroom home would need DYOR about 3 to 6 containers to last for winter , depending how much sun you are going to get on your solar roof. Or if you get a bit of wind also to charge them up.

    Please correct me if I'm out of the ball park there...

    did they say how much a container is going to cost?
