All IMVHO. (I've not been commenting on the no further raise camp but don't agree at all).
Yes he will need it.
He's had the experience of going into a difficult plant commissioning and running out of cash.
That kind of think teaches a very strong lesson.
Interestingly he wrote a (good) book on how to overcome depression but I always find him totally inscrutable.
