As mentioned when they offered the money in the initial announcement, it was a commitment to provide 11 million in a capital raise. If we don't have it then I guess they're out, though as razorline mentions, if there's need for a capital raise to tide them to the end of the year then SMS may be enough with a shareholder offer too.
