$3 shortfall ....but you are correct @0.14 it's very good considering it was around .12-.13 for a very long time, so the pump b4 the CR did the job very well...the only risk to SP now is how will those that bought $9mil @0.14 react, did they do their DD well enough and did they know that the CR wasn't 'really' at a 24% discount?
