I spoke to Shane Volk (ATC Company Sec) some time ago about the additional CAPEX for the project.
He told me that the German banks have been kept informed of all changes throughout the process and that they were comfortable with additional debt issuance on the basis that the project had such strong cashflow.

He also said that if they got to this point and were able to submit to the German Govt for ECA approval that it was fait de complis.

Yes we will need a small cap raise to carry though until December but i believe this may go to either a German or Malaysian cornerstone investor.
