Quite encouraging news. They managed to secure a fixed price agreement for the factory (including throughput guarantees). Good to hear as well that the contractor M+W Group is already putting up to 50 engineers into the detailed design (well, I guess they have to in order to minimize their risks). This shows clearly that M+W Group have not just high confidence in the feasibility of the project, but as well that they are confident in finance coming along..
M+W Group (http://www.mwgroup.net/) is specialised on building factories like that ... and they have a lot of previous experience with the German financiers.
