The Board and myself (Martin) are aware of Iggy’s new role as Non-Executive Chairman of Lithium Galaxy. Iggy has assured us that he does not think that the role will impact on his role with Altech. In Iggy’s own words, ‘I am having too much fun building battery plants’.
That satisfies me. I'd hardly call it a venture and it doesn't keep me awake at night.
Iggy has 7,940,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares plus 15,000,000 Performance Rights more than enough skin in the game and incentive IMO.
