It's been announced previously that Tunku has another project he needs the money for. Iggy would be overexposed to ATC he has a lot and a lot of options via his " golden handcuffs". For example, how would it look at some other time if he was selling the shares at a higher price for another purpose say to change houses or the tax on acquiring the options as part of his income and then buy low in this raising?

I bought my allocation plus proportionately a lot of overs. That's presuming I got all I asked for. I will make one point one of the directors told me when the Sp was weak. It's a good stock to trade. Although I've been told that by directors of other companies when their SP was weak too. The inherent point is that directors are limited to windows when they can trade their stock and have to disclose positions as well.
