Spotted this in my wanderings today.
In May last year OTTO Energy (ASX OEL) raised US$8.2m via the issue of convertible notes. The issue was agreed on very attractive terms with a conversion price at an 89% premium to the 30day VWAP at 14% interest rate.
IMO convertible notes are the least likely financing path ATC will pursue, however this is an example whereby a good project can get a good outcome, and we have an outstandingly good project.
