An important step forward and the final Tick for the feed side of the puzzle. Would certainly have been on the list of risk factors for the DD. One more risk factor gone. As has been typical of this project plan and management they steadily tick boxes with no sign that that will change.
Short of DD finding a sticking point that can not be overcome (IMO very,very unlikely) ATC is on the, dare I say it....inevitable path to project finance.
