Re-election of Paul Jognstone is still in the agenda for the AGM on 30 Nov 2011.
Yet it was announced on 2 Nov 2011 that Mr.Johnstone has resigned.
It would be interesting to see who will chair the meeting if the company secretary doesn't know Paul won't be there. LOL
