Possibly a Ph3 where patients start on 75mg then reduce dosage to 50mg after 6 months?
Understand there is much more to it than that, but if they cant explain it (in due course), they will need to explore it?
I also agree that any application to FDA is going to take some time. Dot the i's and cross the t's!
