Nice to see further information provided, pts that were on 75mg tablets, 70.8% of them had MSA-P, the worse and more progressive of the two MSA conditions, compared to 60% in the 50mg and 59.1% in the placebo. Likely answers why the 75mg tempered off, although still showed results compared to the placebo.
75mg also had a significantly higher % of pts with orthostatic hypotension at baseline 29%, to 4 - 4.5%, yet still showed stabilisation or improved blood pressure.
Other than that all other numbers appear equal at BL.
Surprising parkinson plus score showed no statistical change, yet indicated change in the mean difference. 50mg showing strong statical scoring data in the CGI-S (Clinical Global Impressions - Severity).
