Everyone's shares and options would be reduced by a certain factor (say 100). Then instead of having 1000000 shares you would have 10000. The SP would be increased by the same factor so your 1c shares would now be $1. The important thing to remember is that your % ownership of the company would stay the same. It is mostly cosmetic although there can be ramifications for not doing it.
