What does everyone think about the below comments made by David Stamler?

Based off these comments it looks like positive news. We now have cash to put more research into the use of ATH434 and its ability treat Parkinson's disease whilst also talking to the FDA about the quickest way to get ATH434 to those suffering with MSA.
It will be interesting to see how the market reacts in the US and GLTAH!!
