That's just the thing. When an offer comes, the buyer won't look at the SOI only the value. If someone had offered $11billion for ATH couple weeks ago, we would get about $2/share. Today we will get about $1.20 That's without counting the options which would, of course, immediately get exercised and dilute the pie while contribute ZILCH to the value.
SOI matters. A lot.
