I'm not exactly sure on the ASX announcement procedure when it comes to conferences.. I would think it is only if people are seeing the data before the public AND the ASX is in session then there is a problem.. as those people can go buy/sell based on that info. If they release data at conference on a Saturday and they release an announcement at the same time, or anytime before market opens Monday, then not too much of an issue as no one has the advantage... That is my thinking, happy to be educated on it by someone else.
So sorry about some confusion but I do think they are able to show updated data with full 10 202 patients, and I'm thinking there is a reasonable chance that they will given they must have that data by now and the LBA criteria prioritises unseen data, plus its hard to secure a LBA and they seem to like whatever we are presenting.
