Hi Solaris,
my understanding is that they will begin recruitment for the phase 2 trial PRIOR to the completion of the bioMUSE study, however I imagine that the endpoints for the trial will have to be settled on with the FDA ( using those studies) prior to the start of actual dosing of patients.
