A plausible theory could be one of the institutional participants to the cap raises earlier this year is moving their holding to the ADRs due to likely higher liquidity in the US in anticipation of positive new out of the open label trial. If so, we will know within the next week or so. The only domestic holder with that level of stock was Citicorp Nominees.
