    A bit confused...

    "Other shareholders have been given a sweetener in that 26.5-28.5% of their shares will be bought by Toho at 25 cents a share."


    Where does it specify the 26% or so. I see the "proportional TO" and 25cents.


    Where does it just say its more or less 1-for-4 shares only taken over at 25cents?
