Well good things take time to complete and accomplish. Alterra will be working to the timeline of the off-take partner and not their own or shareholders. You see the same thing with any company that relies on government or 3rd party approvals. They are achieved when achieved. You can’t tell a large Chinese company to sign and sign now. Who knows what other approvals and processes need to ticked off before commitments are reached. Alterra is a small cap company, they will be trying to sell their feasavility studies, plans and services and not demanding action from international entities to please shareholders.
