I'd put the odds in favour of the person simply not having read the announcement, and instead slotting it into their pre-existing construct of what lies ahead for the industry: OTC CBD. That's where my mind went to initially, before I read the announcement, and despite knowing the runway for getting a product approved and listed is too long for anyone to be releasing products anytime soon, unless they were secretly in development for the past year or more.
