Yes because the CEO and largest holder sets the tone here by being over paid
Any successful "Founder" led business does not over pay himself and usually gets rewarded through the share performance and stock options
I think the company has a real chance to make it and become profitable but I think the corporate governance needs to chance and now hence why I continue to recommend that ALL holders vote NO to the Remuneration Report - I know I have
