I picked up 1000 shares of Altium recently, an average of $25.91 in the dip a few weeks back. I've started picking up more this week.. thinking I'll hold this long term, here some reasons why I like this company..

- the management team is seasoned and experienced (5.7 years average tenure).
- 53% of total revenue is subscription-based, with over 31,000 subscribers globally.
- Altium grew employee count by 12% in the last year; the biggest contributors being sales representatives, which grew by 19%
- Glassdoor ratings are 3.3 out of 5 stars for overall employee satisfaction. However, almost all ratings less than 4 out of 5 come from Westwood, MA office. Adjusting for this the average sits closer to 4.2 stars out of 5 for overall employee satisfaction.
