The chairman's address simply said one of their foci in 2018 is to generate revenue growth "greater than 10%". Also, the presentation indicated that 5-10% of the 200m will come from acquisitions (page 43). Hope this helps.
For me, I felt there was a bit of jargon too but then again, I don't have a tech background.
