Show me the data on new designs/startups. My first hand knowledge is they are down. Most startups will
either rent software, use free software or use someone that owns it. It is only later, once they start toward
real production that they look to buy a high end product. We see a lot of people asking about importing the
designs from the cheap packages used for the startup process.
