Nobananas---i spoke to them yesterday-----they are in the hands of the gods (valuer)---but expect an outcome well before xmas---the valuer in charge has a huge responsibility to do everything by the rules and strict guidelines-so he must use all available time to make sure everything is done according to the Valmin rules-----if the valuation is out by tens of millions of dollars---either side can sue for incompetence----patience is the key here---but remember---Xstrata NEEDS this copper---Altona doesnt NEED Xstrata,there is other avenues.
