Well done. Yours and Edshan’s analysis of the deal are the only logical comments on this site. Multiple baggers for a small closely held construction group just doesn’t happen. If the Company is worth so much more than the 41cents why has the SP stalled at 32cents and why didn’t all these doomsayers pickup the cheap stock. I reckon well done boys for getting me a cash deal 30% higher than the market. You won’t get a better deal. Stupid comments like why not wait for 2021 results and 2022 forecast are just that. The Directors and major shareholders already know those numbers and risk attached. I’m happy and there’s no shareholder out there that hasn’t made a profit. Wish I could say that about all my investments.
