    Uhhh they would pay the loan off with the money they got. Refinance if they don't quite have enough to a small loan that is manageable... Very simple. FYI the people who gave them the loan don;t make those decisions, the AJM management and shareholder's do, so no idea where you're getting this "guess" from.
