I don't think you read what I said properly.
Perhaps consider this.
I have a loan of $190 million to you, and I have a lithium asset that is worth much less than that.
Say hypothetically I was able to sell 50% of my asset that you have a registered interest in against my loan but they are only willing to give me $50 million.
Would you let me pay you the $50 million, reducing both mine and your ownership in the asset down to 50% and at the same time reduce my loan by 27%?
