That plant is several months away from commissioning. It won't ruffle any feathers with Tianqi, as they have alternative converters they can use, to treat their spod con. I'd love to see the comparative running costs for a 250 man converter near a Chinese port vs right in the middle of one of W.A.'s most desireable residential areas.
