I can squabble back and forth but my retort to you is that... Wasn't it the AJM management that tipped in $2.8 million as a non interest debt to keep the company afloat during last quarter rather than buying shares on market

I guess at least we can say that when the company goes into voluntary administration as I am expecting they will.. that management will still have some rights to the company. Rather than as a share holder like you with nothing.
