    Mate the fact that you are unable to say with absolute confidence that you are handing over 6 cents per share whilst the share price sits at 5.7 cents speaks volumes.

    To me, that indicates that you don't have confidence in this company, and many like you will not take up the offer.

    So then my question is..

    If the conpany is unable to raise the required capital that they are working with their loan providers to achieve.

    What happens next?
