Yep sure looks like we in the USA will not participate in any 7 for 1 or 36 cent deal.
Warren Buffett famously advised that diversification was a hedge against ignorance. He said when you find a good deal to load up the truck not your thimble.
I've followed his advise and doubled up with 50,255 shares of PLS at average cost of US $0.59.
